Because all my life I have experienced being with people who judge others by their skin color. I was even bullied about this when I was in grade school because I was different. I remembered being humiliated in front of the whole class and crying on the bus ride home. Even in high school and college I meet people who still tease me about this. But I learned not to care anymore. I pity them for having such mentality and insensitive mouths. I was blessed by God with this identity. In His eyes, I am a masterpiece and that’s all that really matters. I am a standout and a stunner. A beautiful and proud morena.
